Happpyyy Halloween

It's a Halloween night and even though culture wise we don't celebrate it, putting on costumes & acting freakishly cool with friends seems like a good way to spend the weekend. This time, there were 9 of us entering Bossa Nova and another 2 more came later... which I must is the biggest group gathering that we've had since such a long time... We arrive at 11-ish which in disco world meant we're still early but we had a chance to scout for a good table until Chris wanted to move to one that was nearby the toilet (because she didn't want to stand so long..)! Arghh..! But it's ok, we still got to watch the Thriller dance by the new studio called RainbowFace and they were quite good actually although I wished that the did a few more songs or with more dancers! That would have been fun. After that it got a bit dry most probably because of the music... either that or I'm getting a tad old and don't really want to go for a party where there's a lot of talking going on... I must say there should be a highlight of the evening but after that it should be music all through til morning.. boy I miss those Liquid days.

A thriller dance to end the Halloween night.

After taking a more random photos of ourselves, we decided to end the night and headed to Jln Alor for some midnight snack which turned out to be a full blown supper. What started off with barbeque chicken wings ended with yee mee yin yong, singapore meehoon & fried sotong. The damage was RM100 but since there was 6 of us, it was a good amount to spend before we ended the night. If our friend didn't have a gastric attack, we would have stayed there longer & ordered more dishes! It was definitely a good way to end Halloween.. until next year folks.... maybe with costume then..

Your mouth is watering now isn't it?
